Requirements
- At least 3-4 Years of Paid Advertising Experience: Proven experience managing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, with a focus on driving measurable results and optimizing for KPIs such as CPA, ROI, and conversions
- Strong Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing campaign data and using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Managers to optimize performance and scale campaigns effectively
- Fluent English Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present data, collaborate with teams, and explain strategies clearly
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to work with creative and media teams, share best practices, and mentor junior team members to drive collective success
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset, able to identify challenges and take quick action to resolve them
- Continuous Learning: Passion for staying updated on industry trends, new tools, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns cutting-edge
- Deadline-Driven: Experience managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and achieving campaign goals
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive performance and achieve business objectives
- Create detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Leverage campaign data to scale budgets effectively, refine targeting, and enhance CPAs, conversion rates, and overall ROI
- Work closely with the creative team to design compelling content tailored to specific buyer personas, ensuring ads resonate with target audiences
- Partner with fellow media buyers to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering continuous improvement and innovation across the team
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising technologies to ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge and competitive
