Summary

Join Subsplash as a Ministry Sales Representative II and contribute to the growth of our award-winning team. You will focus on generating new business by identifying organizations that benefit from Subsplash services, responding to leads, connecting with decision-makers, and demonstrating Subsplash's value. Your primary objective is to maximize monthly recurring revenue (MRR) by closing opportunities and working with warm inbound leads. You will be part of a growing team that fosters relationships with prospects, identifies market trends, and partners with clients to achieve their goals. This role requires a sales background, strong communication skills, and proficiency in prospecting. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

  • Sales background (2-5 years of experience)
  • Demonstrates drive for humility, innovation, and excellence
  • Motivation for sales and commitment to team mission
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient at prospecting and online profiling
  • Passionate about influencing, negotiation, and closing
  • Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about technology industry
  • Exhibit technical savviness. Experience with SaaS platform, apps, analytics, data, or databases preferred
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • College Degree

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on Key Performance Indicators
  • Meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities
  • Convert Leads and Prospects to Clients
  • Identify and pursue new prospects and business opportunities
  • Follow up on new leads, referrals, and other accounts assigned
  • Demonstrate being an expert on Subsplash Platforms and services
  • Establish and maintain prospect relationships
  • Phone calls
  • Emails
  • In-person meetings when applicable
  • Effectively use provided technology and account information to generate interest from prospects
  • Assess prospect needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Identify and resolve prospect concerns
  • Convert leads and prospects into new business
  • Acquire and demonstrate product knowledge and technical selling skills
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts and account activity
  • Participate in team‐building and company‐growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care
  • Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and/or experience working in the faith sector is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of church staff roles and dynamics is a plus
