Summary

Join Factal, a risk intelligence and breaking news company, as a full-time mobile developer. Develop native mobile applications for iOS and Android, encompassing user interfaces and framework code. Collaborate with evolving internal backends and public APIs. The ideal candidate is self-directed and comfortable working on both large and small features. Requirements

• Has experience developing a lightweight, responsive native app on either iOS or Android- ideally on both
• Has experience with declarative user interface frameworks (SwiftUI or Compose ideally)
• Has experience with interacting with internal APIs and ability to understand how the backend works
• Has experience working on high-use, large-scale applications
• Doesn't need complex instructions/specs/workflows to get things done

Responsibilities

• Develop native mobile applications for both iOS and Android
• Develop user interfaces
• Develop framework code in both apps
• Communicate with an evolving internal backend as well as public APIs
• Drive both large and small features within the apps without having to be told all the individual steps
