Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in an engineering or technical role
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Expertise in Excel and a strong comfort level with technology
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a technical aptitude for resolving complex issues
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on emerging technologies

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver dynamic mobile forms and custom reports based on customer requirements
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand prospective customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Ensure timely delivery of forms, adhering to internal turnaround times and SLAs
• Support implementation by creating forms that align with service offerings for a seamless customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Zapier, Workato, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Slack, and Zoom
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, SQL, and JSON
