Mobile Health Screening Nurse

Summary

Join Unified Healthcare Group (UHG) as a Mobile Health Screening Consultant, a remote contractor role offering flexibility in scheduling and workload. As an Enrolled or Registered Nurse with at least two years of recent blood collection experience, you will conduct in-home and workplace health screenings for the life insurance industry. Responsibilities include meeting with applicants, conducting assessments and pathology collection, liaising with stakeholders, updating head office daily via the medEbridge platform, and using the platform to manage bookings and results. A valid APHRA registration, ABN, personal indemnity and public liability insurance, and a valid driver's license and car insurance are required. The role involves travel to clients' homes and workplaces. Successful candidates will be issued a Consultancy Agreement.

Requirements

• Be an Enrolled or Registered Nurse with a solid medical and phlebotomy background (minimum 2 years)
• Valid registration with APHRA
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service that coincides with our business values
• Must have or be willing to obtain an ABN
• Required to have personal indemnity and public liability insurance
• Must hold a valid driver's license, car insurance and have a reliable vehicle as the health assessments are completed within a client's home or workplace

Responsibilities

• Meeting with our life insurance applicants in their home or workplace to conduct routine health screening assessments and pathology collection services
• Liaising with stakeholders in regard to stages of the screening process
• Updating head office every 24 hours on the progression of appointment stages via our bespoke platform, medEbridge
• Using our bespoke platform, medEbridge to complete and finalise the bookings and results
