Mobile QA Engineer

Summary

Join Doximity's Mobile QA team as a mid-level Mobile QA Engineer and contribute to improving the quality of our native mobile applications. You will perform thorough black-box testing, create and execute comprehensive test cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in discussions to provide valuable feedback. Develop and implement QA strategies to enhance testing capacity and coverage. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience debugging (iOS & Android), troubleshooting, and solving technical problems, including experience with proxies
• Strong understanding of software QA, test case creation/documentation, and best practices to deliver high-quality products
• Eager to learn and troubleshoot with a positive attitude
• Proficient in mobile test automation tools like Waldo or Repeato
• Strong SQL skills for data validation, test data creation, and verifying data integrity across systems
• Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent time management and clear communication of issues and risks to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough black-box testing of our native mobile applications
• Create, update, and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure that our software applications meet requirements
• Interface with mobile and web teams, cross-platform teams, Product Managers, Developers and QA team members
• Participate in team discussions and provide feedback centered on testability, risks, and product design as appropriate
• Develop QA strategies that increase future QA testing capacity and coverage
