Requirements

  • 2+ years in a similar role, with a strong focus on mobile app testing (iOS & Android)
  • Experience with programming or scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, Swift, or Kotlin
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for mobile apps
  • A sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and collaborate with engineers

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual regression testing on iOS and Android updates, ensuring our mobile apps stay rock-solid before they reach customers
  • Test firmware updates and backend changes by validating their impact on the app experience
  • Build and maintain automated testing systems to minimize manual work and improve test coverage across mobile platforms
  • Develop test scripts, refine QA processes, and continuously improve test reliability and efficiency
  • Use debugging tools and IDEs to investigate, report, and track issues, ensuring seamless performance across mobile and connected device ecosystems
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to refine QA processes, contribute to release cycles, and enhance the end-user experience
  • Take Fi hardware for real-world testing, including structured walks to validate GPS tracking, activity monitoring, and firmware performance
  • Work with beta hardware and experimental features, helping shape the future of Fi’s technology before it hits the market
