MoldShop Manager

Requirements

• University Diploma in Technical Field
• Previous experience minimum 2 years in Manufacturing
• Leading people experience
• English minim level B2
• Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Responsibilities

• Prepares and completes production reports - Mold shop related
• Reports relevant information and performance indicators to management and other stakeholders
• Achievement of targets as well as KPIs set for molds shop area by defining action plan and analysis
• Meets job safety, quality and volume targets as required
• Knows and applies current work procedures
• Analyzes problems and develops appropriate solutions to solve them
• Promotes Lean management and Kaizen programs within the team
• Process improvement and project leading
• Encourages a safety and security culture in line with company policies
• Is the main contact person with other production areas, departments and external customers
• Manages conflicts and resources with support departments (machines/personnel/materials etc.)
• Participate in external and internal audits, develop and implement improvement plans
