Join ALTER SOLUTIONS for a transformation project as a Moogsoft Developer. Work remotely with a diverse team, supporting data specialists in extracting metrics from data ingestion tools and creating automatic tickets in ServiceNow.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience working with Moogsoft
• Experience and knowledge in: AIOps, Moogsoft Cloud/Enterprise
• Knowledge and understanding of DevOps processes
• Automatization skills
• Knowledge of AI concepts
• Knowledge of English language at a C1 level

Responsibilities

• Supporting the team in using Moogsoft for extracting the metrics from the data ingestion tools, creating automatic tickets in ServiceNow
• Moogsoft development and integration with various services (mostly ServiceNow)
