Summary

Join RenoFi as a Mortgage Processor and collaborate with operations, sales, and homeowners to efficiently facilitate home renovation financing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and persistent. Responsibilities include pre-underwriting tasks like document collection, credit review, and renovation document review. This role also offers opportunities for process improvement. The position requires organization, excellent communication, customer focus, and a passion for fintech. RenoFi is a fully distributed team, allowing for remote work from anywhere except California, Washington, New York, Alaska, or Colorado. Compensation includes a base salary and commission, with an OTE of $70,000-$80,000.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Mortgage processing experience
  • Experience at an independent mortgage brokerage/banking company
  • Experience in renovation loans including 203K, Homestyle, and Construction to Permanent
  • Experience with DSCR and Bank Statement loans
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly adaptable team player
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and work with exceptional talent
  • Self directed and extremely organized

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with your team members in operations, the sales team, and homeowners to efficiently bring together all the required pieces to help families finance their dream renovations faster
  • Be responsible for all pre-underwriting tasks including doc collections, credit review, renovation document review, and much more
  • Meaningfully identify, articulate, design, and implement process improvements alongside our talented software development team
