Motion Designer

Summary

Join Blend's diverse team as a Motion Designer and Video Editor, collaborating to create inspiring brand solutions. You will produce digital animations, motion graphics, and video edits for various projects, from marketing campaigns to internal communications. This remote role, ideally based in Mexico City, requires 4+ years of experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. You'll work with a cross-functional team, contributing to Blend's brand storytelling and customer education. Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a motion designer with a portfolio that shows your impact, creativity, and process
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Proven ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects efficiently
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and apply feedback
• Results-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Solid typography skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of design and social trends
• A link to a demo reel or portfolio showcasing your editing skills as well as any motion or still image design is required

Responsibilities

• Video edit various projects from start to completion
• Produce digital animations and motion graphics for various projects, such as marketing videos, explainer videos, advertisement materials, social media/web content, and conference animated displays
• Create digital assets, logo animations, and product animations
• Support the Brand Designers (web/print) when needed
