Motion Designer

Summary

Join PENN Entertainment as a Motion Designer and contribute to the creation of engaging motion design for its digital sports betting and media products. You will work independently and collaboratively with various teams to produce animations, in-app experiences, and promotional content. This role requires expertise in motion design software and a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and process. The position offers the opportunity to mentor other designers and contribute to a growing team. The role is remote and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent knowledge and/or experience
• Experience in Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema4D
• A portfolio with motion design case studies that highlight how you think and your process
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and an excitement for motion design

Responsibilities

• Independently complete projects from concept to execution, creating animations, in-app experiences, and promotional content
• Act as a primary contact for stakeholder coordination on motion-related design needs
• Collaborate with design and development teams to produce seamless motion concepts and user flows
• Present design work to stakeholders, maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail
• Mentor other designers, sharing knowledge and fostering growth within the motion design team
