Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Advertising Arts, Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in motion graphics design, ideally in a design agency or in-house creative team
• A deep passion for motion design and its fundamentals, including animation principles and visual storytelling
• Proficiency with post-production software as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lottie Files, Davinci, and, or Figma
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to feedback while being proactive in sharing ideas
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Self-reliant, passionate about motion design, and committed to delivering high-quality work that aligns with both team and company goals

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics, short video animations, and visual content for digital marketing, in-app banners, social media posts, and other multimedia formats
• Collaborate with other designers, marketing, and product teams to ensure designs align with brand standards and project goals
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
• Adapt and optimize static designs for motion, and assist with creating interactive or animated elements as needed
• Follow established design processes and workflows, ensuring high-quality deliverables for all motion design projects
• Bring a "can-do" attitude with excellent creative judgment and a willingness to experiment with new techniques and tools
