Requirements

• Be an experienced motion designer with a wide range of skills and a passion for their work

• Understand paid social media and its differences from other mediums

• Be nimble with the workflow from After Effects to Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Have a strong understanding of animation principles
• Have a sense of design, including hierarchy of elements, balance, and aesthetics
• Be meticulous with organization, folder structure, and workflow
• Be comfortable communicating in English with Creative Directors and Editors

Responsibilities

• Create engaging Motion Design pieces and Ads for Ready Set Clients
• Provide support and mentorship to Video Editors and Junior Motion Graphics Animators
• Collaborate with Creative Directors for improving our Ads and final products

Preferred Qualifications

• Have illustration or design skills
• Be proficient in Cinema 4D or Blender for 3D tasks
