Summary

Join our team as an entry-level Jr. Motion Designer and create diverse assets for social video ads across beauty, gaming, health, etc., while developing trending content across the portfolio.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience or Associates Degree or greater in Motion Design or related field
• Working knowledge with Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Familiarity with video codecs, file types, compression attributes, frame-rates, and familiarity with Dynamic Link and the Creative Cloud Libraries system
• Willingness to learn about automation, templating, and rapidly changing workflow
• Basic understanding of 3D software, C4D, Element 3D, or other 3D Animation tools
• Basic understanding of AE plugins such as, Motion 3, Oroboros, GifGun, Particular, Animation Composer, etc

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics and work with video footage
• Collaborate with the team to help share the workload
• Pay close attention to details such as a clients Brand & Legal guidelines
• Continuously work to develop your skills and try new techniques
• Assist in the creation of static and animated graphic assets like emojis
• Work closely with video editors to create eye-catching content
• Create and maintain organized project files and adhere to file management systems
• Be open to feedback, changes, and rapid prototyping
