Requirements

• 2+ y of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, specializing in User Acquisition
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design work, specifically in advertising
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Lottie
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Proven track record of creating high-performing ad creative
• Strong understanding of social media platform specifications and requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
• Strong communication skills and ability to receive and implement Feedback

Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital advertising campaigns
• Design and animate social media assets optimized for various platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop visually compelling ad variations for A/B testing and performance optimization
• Collaborate with UA and Design teams to understand campaign objectives and metrics
• Experiment with diverse visual styles to maximize ad performance
• Optimize animations and assets for different platform specifications
• Iterate quickly based on performance data and campaign requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Rive animation
• Background in user acquisition or performance marketing
• Knowledge of current social media advertising trends and best practices
• Experience with AI tools for asset generation and workflow optimization
• Understanding of ad performance metrics and optimization techniques
• Experience working with UA teams and performance marketers
• Familiarity with video editing and sound design
