Join ProSidian as a Motivational And Inspirational/Transformational Keynote/Guest Speaker! This 1099 contract position, generally located across the CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual), supports an education-centered state organization. You will provide services and support as a keynote/guest speaker in the Education, and Academia Industry Sector, focusing on Human Capital Solutions. ProSidian's Speakers Bureau delivers expert-led engagements, empowering audiences through impactful communication. As a speaker, you will provide targeted content and insights tailored to Motivational And Inspirational/Transformational Topic Areas, engaging audiences through expert knowledge and motivational storytelling. This contract position may convert to a full-time W-2 position.

Requirements

• Varied; lived experience prioritized over formal credentials Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications or professional/lived experience in subject area highly valued
• Recognized speaker with a compelling narrative tied to education or life challenges
• Current or previous role aligned with Motivation & Personal Growth activities driving qualifications as a Motivational And Inspirational/Transformational Keynote Speaker
• Demonstrated excellence in public speaking, subject matter expertise, and ability to connect with varied audiences
• Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) activities Motivation And Personal Growth Functional Area Activities
• Public speaking, personal storytelling, emotional intelligence

Responsibilities

• Provides targeted content and insights tailored to Motivational And Inspirational/Transformational Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a Motivation And Personal Growth Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline/Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling
• Delivers value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants
• Often aligned with the event theme or goals to reinforce key messages
• Motivation & Personal Growth speakers—spanning Inspirational/Transformational and Motivational & Inspirational domains—deliver high-impact, emotionally engaging content rooted in real-world experience and psychological insight
• Drawing from leadership journeys, personal triumphs, and elite performance disciplines, including athletics and purpose-driven achievements, these speakers craft compelling narratives that inspire individuals and teams to overcome adversity, embrace resilience, and pursue meaningful growth
• Whether addressing athlete comeback stories or transformative life lessons, they collaborate with speaker bureaus and align with event goals to provide actionable strategies that cultivate mindset mastery, emotional intelligence, and lasting personal and professional empowerment
• Inspirational / Transformational speakers specialize in delivering compelling insights, stories, or strategies within their area of expertise
• They engage audiences through education, motivation, and actionable guidance rooted in their field
• Motivational & Inspirational speakers—encompassing athlete comeback stories, barrier-breaking achievements, champion mindsets, and purpose-driven athletics—deliver high-impact narratives rooted in resilience, perseverance, and excellence both on and off the field
• These experts leverage their lived experiences as Olympians, professional athletes, and coaches to engage audiences with emotionally powerful stories and performance-driven strategies
• Through motivational education and actionable guidance, they inspire individuals and teams to overcome adversity, pursue purpose with discipline, and adopt the mindset of champions in every aspect of life and leadership
• Motivational And Inspirational/Transformational Keynote Speaker Communicates impactful ideas aligned with an organization’s brand values of integrity, growth, and cultural relevance through keynote delivery
• Deliver tailored, high-impact presentations that educate, inspire, and engage diverse audiences across themes relevant to the speaker's expertise
