Requirements

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business operations, training teams, IT teams, and vendors, to drive project initiatives and product roadmaps
- Provide functional and technical expertise on applications and interfaces within our platform to ensure alignment with MSP needs
- Work with designers, the MSP GTM team, and engineering to evolve our platform to meet market demands
- Develop and validate acceptance criteria for new features and user stories in collaboration with IT partners
- Assist in the production support and maintenance of applications as required
- Conduct feasibility studies and proofs of concept to evaluate potential solutions
- Engage with Infrastructure teams to ensure secure deployment of vendor applications
- Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap based on feedback from MSPs and end-users
- Groom and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives
- Set sprint goals and manage release and upgrade planning
- Monitor work progress and address production issues during sprints
- Analyze user preferences and requests to inform product refinements
- Continuously refine our agile methodology based on outcomes and client feedback
- Stay abreast of industry trends to inform product development and innovation
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience with SAFe Agile methodologies is preferred
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle
