Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business operations, training teams, IT teams, and vendors, to drive project initiatives and product roadmaps
  • Provide functional and technical expertise on applications and interfaces within our platform to ensure alignment with MSP needs
  • Work with designers, the MSP GTM team, and engineering to evolve our platform to meet market demands
  • Develop and validate acceptance criteria for new features and user stories in collaboration with IT partners
  • Assist in the production support and maintenance of applications as required
  • Conduct feasibility studies and proofs of concept to evaluate potential solutions
  • Engage with Infrastructure teams to ensure secure deployment of vendor applications
  • Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap based on feedback from MSPs and end-users
  • Groom and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives
  • Set sprint goals and manage release and upgrade planning
  • Monitor work progress and address production issues during sprints
  • Analyze user preferences and requests to inform product refinements
  • Continuously refine our agile methodology based on outcomes and client feedback
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to inform product development and innovation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience with SAFe Agile methodologies is preferred
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle
