Summary

Join Encora as a Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience in IT software design, development, and support. You will design software for API communication protocols (REST, RESTCONF, JAVA) and have 4+ years of experience with MuleSoft. Strong understanding of web services and microservices is required, along with experience in tools like JFrog Artifactory, Red Hat OpenShift, and GitHub. You will actively participate in technical elaboration sessions and bring an operational view to development, adding appropriate loggers for troubleshooting. Requirements

• 8 - 15 years’ overall experience in IT software design, development and support
• 4+ years of design & development experience in MuleSoft 3.x and 4.x
• Practical experience with other API management/Integration products (WSO2, TIBCO, Axway)
• Strong understanding and hands on experience of web services (REST / SOAP / WSDL / XML), and Microservices
• Experience with JFrog Artifactory, Red Hat OpenShift, GitHub and GitHub Action, Confluence, Jira
• Experience with Security - Okta / JWT, OAuth, SAML, SSL, TLS
• Hands on Experience on managing and supporting Docker containers, IBM MQ, ELK
• Experience in CI/CD Agile DevOps industry standards and tools for source control, build automation, deployment and testing (GitHub Action, Jenkins, Maven, Docker)
• 8+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Design software for API Communication Protocols (REST, RESTCONF, JAVA)
• Review the technical project initiation (Discovery) scope (i.e requirements, stories, assumptions, key decisions & dependencies) and raise queries if any and then play back to the team
• Actively participate in the technical elaboration sessions and be ready to commence actual development (with support of Integration Technical Lead, Integration Architect and Integration Practice Lead as required)
• Bring an operational view, when developing on an interface/API and add appropriate loggers to capture the key details, which can be used for troubleshooting / debugging
