Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of project management experience, ideally in a multimedia or creative environment
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and overseeing multimedia content production
  • Strong understanding of multimedia production processes (video, audio, graphics, and web content)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A track record of successful project delivery, meeting deadlines and achieving project goals
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com)
  • Proactive knowledge of emerging AI industry trends to incorporate into content strategy
  • Experience harnessing AI tools across workflows to optimize content performance and output

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for multimedia content creation, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality output
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing, to ensure all project requirements are understood and met
  • Oversee the production of multimedia assets, including videos, infographics, podcasts, and web content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and strategic goals
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to source necessary materials and services for multimedia projects
  • Maintain clear communication between all team members, ensuring alignment on objectives, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Track project progress and adjust timelines or resources as necessary to ensure deadlines are met
  • Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables, providing feedback to ensure quality and consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest multimedia trends and technologies to suggest innovative solutions for projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and content distribution across platforms
