Requirements

  • At least ten years of experience in photography at storytelling level
  • Proficiency in photography software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and 360° editing tools
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of lenses and lighting equipment related to photography
  • Proven ability to capture emotions in moments without interfering with the natural flow of the setting
  • Willingness to stay current with industry trends and continuously improve skills
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality images and videos across various formats, including traditional, panoramic, and 360°
  • Plan, set up, and execute photo and video shoots, ensuring best lighting, composition, and subject positioning
  • Utilize a range of photographic and videography equipment to achieve desired effects
  • Shoot and edit 360° videos and photos for immersive experiences
  • Stitch and process 360° content using specialized software
  • Ensure seamless integration and high-quality output of 360° media
  • Edit and retouch photos to enhance quality and meet project specifications
  • Manage and organize related media files for efficient retrieval and use
  • Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for photo and video projects
  • Provide input on storyboarding, scene planning, and creative direction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive visual content that aligns with overall brand strategy
  • Stay updated on the latest photography trends, techniques, and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cameras, lighting, and software
  • Maintain and care for all photography equipment
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to the Production Manager

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with photo/art exhibits strongly preferred
  • Some experience in healthcare environments is preferred
  • Credible awards, international level preferred
