Requirements
- At least ten years of experience in photography at storytelling level
- Proficiency in photography software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and 360° editing tools
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of lenses and lighting equipment related to photography
- Proven ability to capture emotions in moments without interfering with the natural flow of the setting
- Willingness to stay current with industry trends and continuously improve skills
- Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality images and videos across various formats, including traditional, panoramic, and 360°
- Plan, set up, and execute photo and video shoots, ensuring best lighting, composition, and subject positioning
- Utilize a range of photographic and videography equipment to achieve desired effects
- Shoot and edit 360° videos and photos for immersive experiences
- Stitch and process 360° content using specialized software
- Ensure seamless integration and high-quality output of 360° media
- Edit and retouch photos to enhance quality and meet project specifications
- Manage and organize related media files for efficient retrieval and use
- Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for photo and video projects
- Provide input on storyboarding, scene planning, and creative direction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive visual content that aligns with overall brand strategy
- Stay updated on the latest photography trends, techniques, and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cameras, lighting, and software
- Maintain and care for all photography equipment
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to the Production Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with photo/art exhibits strongly preferred
- Some experience in healthcare environments is preferred
- Credible awards, international level preferred
