Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in title examination or a similar role, specifically within commercial transactions
• Comprehensive knowledge of title insurance procedures, underwriting standards, surveys and relevant laws
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Proficiency in title software and search technology
