National Construction Manager

Summary

The National Construction Manager (NCM) at ICAST will manage and direct staff and subcontractors, lead negotiations, budgeting efforts, and develop long-term operational strategies. They must have 5+ years of construction management experience and proficiency in Project Management Software, ideally Smartsheet.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction management experience managing contractors and staff on multiple projects in multiple locations simultaneously
• Experience using Project Management Software, ideally Smartsheet

Responsibilities

• Providing supervision and strategic direction to staff
• Oversees stakeholder interactions to ensure the company is meeting its deliverables
• Directs procurement of equipment, materials, labor, and contractors
• Provides regular status reports to leadership

• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to bring projects in on time, on budget, and high quality
• Excellent communication skills in one/one or group setting
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to solve problems; must possess excellent analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook)
