National Sales Support Specialist

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Complete customer paperwork as requested, including new item forms, cost change forms, etc
• Submit and maintain promotional paperwork for assigned customers with accuracy
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure product and pricing accuracy on customer paperwork
• Maintain SharePoint files and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure data accuracy
• Handle additional administrative tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) is a plus
• Previous experience working with grocery retailers is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Experience with 1WorldSync and/or DemandTec is preferred
