Join our team as a NAV/Business Central Architect and leverage your expertise in full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and technical architecture to design and lead the development of scalable and maintainable solutions. You will be responsible for designing the technical architecture of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central solutions, developing customizations and integrations, participating in upgrade and migration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring solution quality, supporting go-live processes, and guiding junior developers. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central, 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL and SSRS, and proficiency in AL language and RDLC reporting. Advanced English proficiency is essential for this position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ Years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central
- 5+ Years of experience working with Microsoft SQL
- 5+ Years of experience working with SSRS
- Solid understanding of AL language and development using Visual Studio Code
- Proficiency in creating reports using RDLC
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes
- Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the technical architecture of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central solutions
- Develop customizations, integrations, and extensions using AL and standard BC development tools
- Participate in NAV/BC version upgrade and migration projects, maintaining system integrity and logic
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure solution quality through code reviews, documentation, and adherence to best practices
- Support go-live processes and post-implementation stabilization activities
- Guide junior developers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
