Network Engineer

Summary

Join our team in Brazil as an experienced Network Engineer to provide support for all aspects of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, hardware and software, routers, switches, firewalls, and management and monitoring systems. Design, configure, implement, and support network components; troubleshoot and diagnose issues; manage routers, switches, and firewalls; participate in day-to-day operations; and conduct product evaluations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Palo Alto Firewall Technologies, Juniper and Arista routers and switches, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and a strong understanding of infrastructure security and policy. Expertise in Layer 1 through 7 troubleshooting and knowledge of BGP, OSPF, Netflow, Layer 2/3 Switching & Routing, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs are essential. Requirements

• Experience with Firewall Technologies (Palo Alto)
• Experience with Routers and Switches (Juniper and Arista)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Good knowledge of Infrastructure Security and Policy
• Expertise Level Layer 1 through 7 troubleshooting ability
• Good knowledge of BGP, OSPF, Netflow, Layer 2/3 Switching & Routing and proficient in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs
• Bi-lingual: fluent in English (B2+) and Portuguese

Responsibilities

• Design, Configure, Implement and Support all network components
