Requirements

  • Professionals from Administration, Engineering, Economics, and related careers
  • Experience of 5 years or more in commercial area - Account Management
  • Excel advanced is indispensable
  • English advanced is indispensable
  • Power BI / Qlicksense (desirable)
  • Analytical and problem-solving capacity
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Persistent and goal-oriented person
  • Proactivity, leadership, and ability to prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

  • Have a solid experience in commercial area - Account management of at least 5 years
  • Maintain and develop projects within the key accounts portfolio
  • Maintain solid relationships with key chains in Mexico
  • Develop and execute projects to strengthen and expand the key chains portfolio
  • Perform periodic checks with clients to review results, ensure satisfaction, and detect improvement opportunities
  • Manage external and internal projects
  • Present, prepare, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP)
  • Lead a team with account executives from destinations where key chains have presence
