Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop key projects within the portfolio of strategic accounts
• Maintain solid relationships with key chains in Mexico
• Develop and execute projects to strengthen and expand the portfolio of strategic accounts
• Perform periodic checks with clients to review results, ensure satisfaction, and detect opportunities for improvement
• Manage external and internal projects
• Present, build, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP)
• Lead a team along with account executives of destinations where key chains have presence
