Requirements

• Residency in Washington State required for duration of employment
• Active, unrestricted, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct patient care managing women 40+
• Active National Board Certification required
• Capacity for self-directed and autonomous learning
• High level of proficiency and efficiency with technology

Responsibilities

Provide care to women in peri-menopause and menopause

Preferred Qualifications

Multiple state licenses strongly preferred
