Requirements

• Hold an active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state
• Possess prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Have active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Have a minimum of 3 years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
• Show high proficiency and efficiency with technology (telehealth platforms, EMRs, communication tools)
• Possess a strong passion for caring for women navigating menopause and midlife health transitions

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions
• Guide women through various stages of midlife health
• Work fully remote with patient-facing hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:30 PM, adjusted by patient location and licensure
• Utilize telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools efficiently
• Make sound clinical decisions independently
• Participate in weekly clinical education to stay updated on women's midlife health
• Maintain a collaborative and respectful approach with patients and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

Hold multiple state licenses (highly preferred)
