Patient-facing hours are scheduled between 7 AM and 4 PM in the patient's local time zone, with weekend shifts available after 80 hours of weekday work.

Requirements

  • Hold an active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state
  • Possess prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Hold active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
  • Show a high level of proficiency and efficiency with technology (telehealth, EMRs, communication tools)
  • Demonstrate a strong, demonstrated passion for caring for women navigating menopause and midlife health transitions

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions
  • Guide women through perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions
  • Maintain patient continuity and limit time off to no more than three consecutive days within the scheduled work week
  • Work a minimum of 3 days per week for a total of 20 hours
  • Maintain 2-6 hour work blocks per workday
  • Schedule patient-facing hours between 7 AM and 4 PM in the patient's local time zone
  • Become available for weekend shifts after completing 80 hours of weekday patient-facing care

Preferred Qualifications

Hold multiple state licenses (highly preferred)
