Requirements

• Tertiary qualification as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working across the age range (from 10 years old through to older adults)
• Full registration with AHPRA
• An appropriate home office setup, including a high-speed internet connection and a computer/laptop for use in Telehealth
• Excellent communication skills
• An interest in the role of emerging technology in Occupational Therapy practice
• Be located in Australia with full working rights
• Have an understanding of the NDIS

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessment sessions according to standards of practice and assess whether the patient is appropriate for the program
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions both individually and group focused
• Documenting patient progress according to standards
• Write and send comprehensive assessment, progress, and treatment summary reports to referring bodies or stakeholders as required

• A minimum of 3 years experience
• An interest in digital health, virtual reality therapy, private practice, and a passion for ongoing professional development
