Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full Professional Registration with AHPRA
- Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry (highly regarded)
- Fabulous communication skills
- Compassion and kindness
- Well-developed time management skills
- Current Driver’s License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
Responsibilities
- Manage your own day with case management (caseloads are manageable)
- Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
- Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
- Assist those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes
- Complete a variety of assessments using clinical skills, including initial, workplace and vocational assessments
