Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full Professional Registration with AHPRA
• Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry (highly regarded)
• Fabulous communication skills
• Compassion and kindness
• Well-developed time management skills
• Current Driver’s License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance

Responsibilities

• Manage your own day with case management (caseloads are manageable)
• Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
• Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
• Work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
• Assist those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes
• Complete a variety of assessments using clinical skills, including initial, workplace and vocational assessments
