Off-Page SEO Specialist, Remote - Greece

Summary

The Off-Page SEO Specialist will be responsible for building high-quality links, preparing SEO reports, developing strategic plans for acquiring backlinks, conducting research, creating outreach emails, maintaining relationships with influencers, and collaborating with the SEO Content Team. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in off-page SEO and backlink acquisition, strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a good knowledge of SEO tools.

Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience in off-page SEO and backlink acquisition
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, and keeping up-to-date with best practices
• Strong technical skills, reporting, monitoring, and automating tasks, including email automations. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with buying links
• Good knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush
• Experience with Search Console
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative

Responsibilities

• Strategically build high-quality links to targeted pages using diverse methods to improve SEO performance
• Assist in preparing detailed SEO reports, analyzing performance data, and identifying growth opportunities
• Develop projections for SEO outcomes based on data trends
• Develop and implement a strategic plan to acquire high-quality backlinks through various methods: Buying, Guest Posts, PR / Quotes (Featured.com / HARO etc.), Outreach, etc
• Conduct thorough research to identify pages to be most benefited by link-building and relevant websites, blogs, and influencers for outreach opportunities
• Create compelling outreach emails and pitches to secure guest posts, collaborations, and other backlink opportunities, and automated sequences
• Monitor and report on backlink quality and quantity, and results of those activities. This role will also support with other monitoring and reporting needs to support the SEO team
• Work closely with the SEO Content Team to create valuable and shareable content that attracts backlinks naturally
• Build and maintain relationships with bloggers, journalists, industry influencers, and website owners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Spreadsheets and Looker Studio
• Experience with outreach and relationship-building techniques
