Ombudsman Intern

Responsibilities

• Assisting in receiving, handling, monitoring, and responding to customer demands
• Supporting the drafting of responses to the Citizen's Demands Registration System (BACEN-RDR) and municipal and state PROCONs
• Interfacing with other teams to align strategies and suggest improvements on products and processes
