Summary
Join ConnectOS and work as an OmniStudio Platform Developer for a Queensland-based SME. You will design and implement cutting-edge solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build guided interactions, integrate with external systems, and streamline business processes. Responsibilities include solution design and development, integration and data management, collaboration and stakeholder engagement, testing and quality assurance, and documentation and knowledge sharing. The role offers work-from-home flexibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Proficiency in OmniStudio and/or Vlocity
- Salesforce expertise
- Apex knowledge
- Experience with API Integrations
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain OmniStudio solutions, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, aligning with best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications and data sources using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other relevant technologies
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by implementing robust data mapping, transformation, and error-handling processes
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and technical leads to refine requirements and design high-value user experiences
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on development timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and collaborate with QA teams for UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Identify and fix defects, optimize code for performance, and implement governance to maintain code quality
- Create and maintain technical documentation for OmniStudio components, integrations, and best practices
- Share knowledge and provide support to internal stakeholders, junior developers, and system administrators
