Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• 3+ years of developing baseball athletes or high-level playing experience
• 2+ years utilizing Data analysis or spreadsheet software
• Certification from a recognized strength and conditioning organization (e.g., CSCS, NASM-CPT, or equivalent)
• Ability to start on a full-time basis in 2-4 weeks from job acceptance

Responsibilities

• Create individualized baseball training programs
• Conduct player assessment and evaluations
• Design throwing and hitting routines for baseball players
• Construct periodizing training programs around athlete schedules
• Use video analysis for skill development in baseball
