The job is for a German speaking Online Marketing/Project Manager at Marketing.MBA, a dynamic team that specializes in making companies market leaders by developing and implementing comprehensive online marketing strategies. The role involves supporting the Head of Marketing in planning, executing, and monitoring online marketing projects, analyzing and optimizing ongoing campaigns, and creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and task lists.

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of Marketing, Business or a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in project management, ideally in the field of Online Marketing
• Knowledge in marketing and analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, project management software like Monday)
• Familiarity with online marketing platforms and technologies (e.g., Social Media, Email Marketing Tools, Web Analysis)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive and solution-oriented thinking
• Experience in working with various stakeholders and dealing with external partners
• Familiarity with the challenges and best practices in Online Marketing
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
