Requirements

• Experience with online research and data entry
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and working computer
• Comfortable with daily check-ins and team communication via Microsoft Teams or Zoom

Responsibilities

• Research commercial real estate properties from provided lists (addresses, ownership, company names)
• Look up property ownership info using online tools (Google, county assessor websites, public records, etc.)
• Identify and collect contact details (emails, phone numbers, company names, etc.)
• Enter lead information into our CRM system (Salesforce)
• Maintain and update lead tracking spreadsheets
• Assist in preparing daily reports for internal use
• Occasionally help with simple email outreach using our templates
• Help update basic graphics or rate info using Canva
