Requirements
- A Problem Solver - You bring 1–2 years of experience in revenue cycle or healthcare operations, and you enjoy untangling messy problems

- Adaptable & Agile - You have at least a year of experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment
- You’re comfortable when priorities shift, and you can reassess, adjust, and move forward without missing a beat
- You view change as an opportunity, not a setback
- A Team Player - You’ve worked on cross-functional projects and know that the best ideas often come from many perspectives
- You communicate openly, value feedback (both giving and receiving), and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Confident and curious - You’re confident using Excel or Google Sheets—writing formulas, building pivot tables, and pulling insights from data
