Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in operations, finance, marketing, and compliance
• Strong skills in data management, reporting, and analysis
• Familiarity with IT security and compliance best practices
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and customer platforms (e.g., Intercom)
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, financial reporting, and compliance
• Lead efforts in data tracking, reporting, and automation to streamline workflows
• Maintain and improve data tracking systems, including creating KPI dashboards for leadership
• Implement automation tools to reduce manual processes and enhance efficiency
• Support customer service by integrating AI tools
• Ensure compliance with education and legal standards (e.g., CA State Bar, HRCI, SHRM)
• Manage financial aspects, including budget tracking, subscriptions, and sales tax compliance
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and automate customer engagement processes
