Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Safety, or a related field
  • 5 years experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits of partners to assess their adherence to agreements, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines
  • Collaborate with partners to address compliance or conformance issues and implement corrective action plans
  • Provide guidance to partners on conformance with best practices and regulatory changes
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments of potential and existing vendors to ensure compliance with organizational standards, contract requirements, and regulatory requirements
  • Plan and perform vendor audits to evaluate their compliance with contractual obligations
  • Review vendor documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with company requirements
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance through ongoing assessments and reporting
  • Develop and execute internal audit plans to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance programs
  • Conduct audits to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes
  • Identify internal control weaknesses, compliance gaps, and areas for process improvement
  • Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations
  • Follow up on audit findings to ensure implementation of corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters and best practices
  • Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records of audits, findings, and corrective actions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as ISO Auditor or other similar certifications
  • Experience in risk management and compliance program development
  • Experience conducting internal, vendor, and partner audits
