Responsibilities

• Review and analyze vendor requirements for large retail customers
• Manage key account orders from PO to delivery and invoicing
• Communicate and collaborate with the sales team, vendors, and customers via phone and email to develop account growth
• Manage inventory availability for key customers, including ordering inventory, analyzing availability of stock, and negotiating product between accounts
• Verify intricate details on purchase orders, such as pricing/discounts/stock availability/ship and cancel dates/terms/routing instructions/labelling requirements
• Learn and understand freight options. Work with the warehouse to ensure orders are shipped on time and correctly
• Verify customer and product discounts and promotions are reflected accurately
• Complete product specification sheets for clients and sales representatives
• Manage purchasing and receiving inventory from China
• Communicate with retail account logistics departments
• Create presentations and prepare samples and quotes for the sales team to propose products and pricing to customers

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• Strong logistics experience
• Experience working with large US retailers, especially Walmart and Target
