Requirements

  • Experience of leading projects and programmes within an ERP/HCM/EPM landscape
  • Managing and motivating team of 25+ consultants
  • Leading programmes and teams that may have resources in multiple countries
  • C-Suite level stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ownership for financial outcomes on Fixed Price or T&M projects with budgets up to £/€5m
  • Implementing strong governance and compliance frameworks (Gate Control, Status Reporting, Steering Forums, Design Authorities)
  • Leading scope management with stakeholders and customers to align with business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Set a clear vision and communicate this to your project/programme team(s), including customer project team members, motivating them to deliver on the vision and, ensuring that the teams understand the big picture and the part they play in it
  • Be known as a highly effective communicator, regularly chairing, presenting, and participating in board level steering groups involving customer C-suite level executives
  • Manage your Version 1 team, ensuring that the teams are delivering the outcomes. You’ll participate at Practice-level to ensure strong alignment across the different project teams e.g., for sharing resources and specialist skills
  • Control and report progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor, and internally within Version 1 senior stakeholders, ensuring that risks and issues are escalated appropriately
