Oracle RMCS functional application lead

Summary

The job is for an Oracle RMCS Functional Application Lead who will lead the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle RMCS. The role requires strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications, experience in leading teams, excellent communication skills, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle RMCS
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud (Fusion) applications
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle RMCS module
• Provide post-implementation support and maintenance
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, develop functional specifications, and design solutions that meet their needs
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Provide guidance and support to team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of best practices in accounting and finance processes would be an added advantage
