Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience in Social Media and/or Digital Marketing
  • Have a strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram and their algorithms
  • Be skilled in video editing for TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Be familiar with all social media marketing trends and be a first user
  • Be a creative mind with the ability to create fun and original social media content ideas to build awareness
  • Be able to work efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Be able to self-edit content, ensuring the quality of work consistently exceeds expectations with no grammatical or spelling errors
  • Have excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage client branding through various social media outlets (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Quickly develop on-the-fly, branded content for clients based on what’s trending today
  • Create and manage assigned clients’ social content in respect to images, video, and written content ensuring that posts are published accurately
  • Edit videos through a variety of creative/video apps
  • Use key engagement techniques and tactics along with the ability to understand analytics to help optimize and grow client’s social media platforms
  • Collaborate with Creative team on branded images needed for client campaigns
  • Create and publish on the fly posts as needed and in accordance with specific client direction
  • Work closely with Campaign Manager(s) to ensure contract negotiations, budgeting, and compliance are met for assigned clients
  • Provide guidance to the creative team for influencer outreach and management as well as reel creation, whether that be with the creative team, on Canva, or within Instagram itself
  • Work closely with internal departments in regards to clients’ social media successes and areas of improvements
  • Respond to social media engagements and direct consumer questions on a timely basis for assigned clients
  • Assist internal teams with market research, market strategy, and competitive analysis
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have agency experience
  • Be familiar with social media scheduling tools
