OS&D Associate

Summary

Join our team as an Overage, Shortage and Damage (OS&D) position responsible for documenting and researching receiving discrepancies, coordinating with Purchasing and Accounting to resolve product discrepancies, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

• Requires knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing practices
• Ability to provide guidance and direction
• Must be detail oriented, organized, accurate and thorough
• Effective English verbal and written communication skills
• Independent Self Starter/Team Player
• Must have strong problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Research product discrepancies found during the receiving process
• Accurately documents receiving discrepancies in WMS
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounting to resolve discrepancies
• Monitor status of discrepancies to ensure timely resolution
• Coordinates Return to Vendor shipments
• Required to communicate and assist staff with issues receiving product into the system
• Ensure that all care is provided with respect to customer, client and co-workers’ rights
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment
• Maintain confidentiality
• Adheres to cGMP training and guidelines
• Adhere to work schedules in completing and performing assigned tasks
