Summary

The job is for a position at a top 10 digital asset exchange, where the employee will manage merchants, analyze data, resolve problems, and monitor transactions. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Chinese, have OTC BD/operations experience on exchanges, transaction and merchant management experience, and preferably have an international background.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Managing and recruiting merchants
• Operating merchants
• Enhancing merchant activity and transaction volume
• Regular data analysis and trend grasping for the fiat currency market
• Daily problem resolution and feedback for service merchants
• Abnormal monitoring of P2P transactions
