Summary

Agency Services is seeking an experienced outbound email prospector to join their team as an Email Prospecting Support. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities through cold email campaigns, optimizing deliverability rates, and collaborating with the sales team to nurture leads.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound email prospecting and lead generation
• Strong knowledge and experience with DKIM, DMARC, SPF, and other email authentication protocols
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to research target markets and identify key decision-makers
• Experience with email deliverability tools and metrics tracking
• Proficient in using email marketing platforms and CRM systems
• Self-motivated and target-driven individual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outbound email prospecting strategies
• Build prospect lists, research target markets, and identify key decision-makers
• Create and send personalized cold emails to engage prospects and promote services
• Optimize email deliverability through DKIM, DMARC, SPF, and other email authentication techniques
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimize email templates, and refine targeting strategies
• Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and schedule appointments
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and industry trends
