Summary

Join A Place for Mom as a remote Sales Advisor and help families find senior living communities. You will make outbound calls, schedule tours, and provide support throughout the search process. No cold calling is involved. Success is measured by reaching daily call benchmarks and converting leads. A paid training program is provided, and the role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential. The position requires phone sales and remote work experience, multitasking skills, and the ability to manage a large lead base. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is needed.

Responsibilities

• Work in a growing, fast-paced industry to help guide families on their search for senior living communities, while working remotely from home
• Make outbound calls to follow up with the family throughout the search process, providing referrals, scheduling tours and offering additional support through the decision making process for the families and communities
• Act as the liaison between families in need and the senior housing communities or care providers
• Reach daily call benchmarks
• Schedule tours at communities
• Convert leads into move-ins

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior phone sales and remote work experience
• No senior living industry experience required
