Join Fleetio as an Outbound Sales Development Manager to lead and grow our outbound sales team. - 2+ years of sales leadership experience
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills; you can turn skeptics into believers

- Experience working with enterprise customers, including interactions with C-suite executives

Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for cold-calling prospects, educating the market about Fleetio, and generating opportunities with new customers
- Develop the SDR team by providing continuous training, coaching, and mentoring on sales processes, skills, best practices, and supporting tools
- Manage both individual and team performance, track key performance indicators, and provide regular feedback in weekly 1x1s
- Analyze and report on key metrics and forecasts to management, and identify opportunities to optimize current processes
- Build a scalable hiring process and expand the SDR team as needed
- Cultivate a positive and high-performing culture within the Sales Development team
- Align compensation with company goals and objectives to drive motivation and results
- Act as a data-driven change agent, contributing valuable strategic input to the business
- Lead the team to consistently exceed sales quotas
